For many years, Bathgate Ski Club (with help from its sponsors) has given local youngsters the opportunity to learn to ski.  Pre-Covid, we took small groups from schools in Bathgate, Armadale and Broxburn to either the Mid-Lothian Ski Centre at Hillend, Edinburgh or to Polmont Ski Centre, near Falkirk.

Once each group completed their lessons on the dry slope, we aimed to get them on to real snow at one of the Highland ski centres, if conditions permitted, or at the indoor ski slope in Braehead, Glasgow.

Hopefully, it won't be long until we are able to run the juniors' programme again...
